This is the traditional kind of sauna. A wood stove, cedar walls, water on the rocks, and steam. We deliver it on a trailer, level it, walk you through the stove, and pick it up when your weekend ends.

There is nothing like sitting in real heat while snow falls outside the window. No phones, no schedule, just steam and quiet.

Heat, then cold, then repeat. Sauna and cold plunge rounds are a staple recovery routine for athletes and anyone chasing better sleep and less soreness.

Add the cold plunge tub and run real contrast rounds in your own yard all weekend, on your own schedule, as many rounds as you want.

New to sauna? The routine is simple. Sit in the heat for 10 to 20 minutes, cool off outside or in the plunge, rest, and go again. Most people do two or three rounds and sleep like a rock that night.

Regular sauna use is one of the oldest wellness habits in the world, and New England winters are exactly what it was made for. We include a quick primer with every delivery so first-timers know exactly what to do.

How hot does it get?

A wood-fired sauna runs between 150°F and 190°F depending on how you feed the stove. You control it. Pouring water on the rocks adds steam and makes the same temperature feel much hotter.

What do I need at my house?

A flat spot roughly the size of two parking spaces that a pickup truck and trailer can reach, like a driveway or a firm section of yard. No power and no water hookup are needed. The stove burns wood, which we bring.

Who runs the stove?

You do, and it is easy. We walk you through lighting it, feeding it, and using the steam at delivery, and the same instructions are printed inside. Most people have it down in five minutes.

Where do you deliver?

Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within 30 miles of Leominster and Lunenburg, which covers most of central Massachusetts and reaches into southern New Hampshire. Farther out is often still doable for an added delivery charge, quoted before you pay anything.

How do deposits and refunds work?

A $50 deposit holds your weekend and comes off your rental price. It is refundable in full, any time, for any reason, until your sauna weekend is delivered. If we ever cannot deliver a weekend you booked, you get every dollar back immediately.

How many people fit?

Up to 8 adults at a time, and there is no limit on how many people rotate through during your weekend.
